Email Alerts

Email alerts are sent out as soon as a booking is received in the system and with news about CourierCompare.com, offers and important upcoming events.

Mileage

Mileages are calculated by our software created exclusively for CourierCompare.com.

My Earnings

Courier Companies can view invoices and check amounts earned through advertising on CourierCompare.com.

Pending Jobs

All new jobs will be listed in the 'Pending Jobs' section of the Courier Dashboard, here you will be able to notify the customer on confirmation of the booking. At this point only collection and delivery postcodes are visible, together with collection time and date.

Booked Jobs

Once you confirm a job it will be moved into 'Booked Jobs' this is where you will get full details of the booking.

Completed Jobs

Once Jobs have been completed and POD has been submitted to the tracking system, the job will move into 'Completed Jobs'.

Tracking

Use out tracking tool to provide customers with latest information regarding collections and deliveries. Once a job is booked you can add the following information as it happens:

1. Mark driver on way to collection
2. Driver collected
3. Driver on route to delivery
4. Any traffic/delays
5. Job delivered
